Start with Paper Crafting
Paper crafting requires no initial skill to start creating unlike a lot of creative activities which require to build up a skill at first. The materials include a selection of colour paper (white paper for printing would work too), scissors & glue.

I used to draw, sew and be busy with handy works all the time. I studied product design. And after years of not doing creative things I found paper crafting as a way to come back to creativity. Manual Cutting
Manual cutting requires to use scissors and templates to cut out parts which will make your flower or paper plant. I provide free templates for certain flowers. Download those templates in PDF format, print out in regular paper, cut out the templates and use them to cut parts in colour paper.

SVG files for Cutting on Cricut, Silhouette Machines
Certain flowers are very complex to be cut manually. For those paper flowers I provide SVG templates only. SVG is a format used to upload into Cricut Design Space app to be then cut and scored using the machine.

Watch YouTube videos
I make videos on how to put the flowers together. Learn techniques, get inspired with available material on my channel called Creative Stories with Ainur. I also show the colour and paper thickness combinations to get the most visually effective results.
